Privacy & compliance

How does location and “check-in” work?​

HADOM does not track customers in the background. Location is shared only when a customer actively checks in at your venue. They choose if and when to notify friends.

What about alcohol and minors?​

All alcohol service is handled the same as any in-person order. Staff must verify ID, sobriety, and legal drinking age before serving. HADOM never bypasses that step.

 

Does HADOM act like a digital wallet?​

No. HADOM never stores or transfers money between customers or venues. All payments are processed directly through your POS system. If an order is not accepted, the transaction is voided automatically.

How do we receive orders?​

Orders appear directly on your POS terminal through the HADOM bar app — just like any other order.

Can we refuse or modify an order?​

Yes. You have full discretion to accept, decline, or modify orders. If declined, the buyer isn’t charged.

 

Do you change my pricing?​

No. You control all pricing. Customers see exactly what you set in your menu dashboard, and you can update anytime.

How fast do we get paid?​

Immediately. All payments go straight into your POS system. No waiting periods, no separate payouts.
