1. HADOM Code Of Business Conduct & Ethics

Applies To: Hadom Enterprises, LLC (“HADOM”), including all employees, contractors, officers, advisors, and representatives.

1. Purpose

HADOM is built on trust, transparency, and responsible innovation in hospitality technology. This Code of Business Conduct & Ethics (“Code”) sets forth the principles that guide how we operate, make decisions, and interact with customers, partners, and each other.

2. Compliance With Laws

​

We comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations, including those related to:

  • Payments and financial transactions​​​

  • Data privacy and security

  • Alcohol service and age-restricted products

  • Anti-corruption and fair competition

​

Compliance is a condition of engagement with HADOM.

 

3. Ethical Business Practices

​

​

We conduct business honestly and fairly. We do not:

​​​​​

  • Misrepresent our products, services, or capabilities​​​

  • Engage in deceptive, misleading, or unfair practices

  • Seek advantage through improper means

​

4. Conflicts of Interest

 

​All HADOM personnel must avoid situations where personal interests conflict—or appear to conflict—with HADOM’s interests. Any potential conflict must be disclosed promptly to management.

5. Accurate Records

 

​We maintain accurate business, financial, and operational records. No false or misleading entries may be made for any purpose.

​

6. Respectful Conduct

 

​We treat customers, partners, and colleagues with professionalism and respect. Discrimination, harassment, or abusive conduct is not tolerated.

7. Reporting Concerns

 

​Anyone who becomes aware of conduct that may violate this Code must report it. Retaliation for reporting concerns in good faith is strictly prohibited.

2. Anti-Corruption & Gifts Policy

​

1. Zero-Tolerance Policy

​

HADOM has zero tolerance for bribery, corruption, or improper influence of any kind.

​

We strictly prohibit:

​​​​​

  • Bribes, kickbacks, or facilitation payments

  • Improper gifts, entertainment, or favors

  • Payments or benefits intended to influence business decisions

​

This applies whether dealing with private parties or government officials.

​

2. Gifts & Entertainment

​

HADOM does not provide gifts, commissions, or entertainment to:

​

We strictly prohibit:

​​​​​

  • POS partners

  • Merchants

  • Procurement or compliance personnel

​

Any nominal business courtesies must be lawful, reasonable, transparent, and pre-approved by management.

 

3. Government Officials

​

HADOM does not seek business through government influence. Any interaction with government officials must comply with all applicable anti-corruption laws, including the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and similar international regulations.

 

4. Third Parties

​

We do not authorize third parties to engage in any conduct we would not engage in ourselves. Violations by partners, agents, or contractors may result in immediate termination.

Hadom Enterprises, LLC expects all partners, vendors, consultants, and third parties acting on its behalf to:

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

  • Avoid bribery, corruption, or improper influence

  • Respect data privacy and security obligations

  • Conduct business ethically and transparently

HADOM reserves the right to suspend or terminate any relationship involving violations of these principles.

JHADOM is committed to ethical business practices, legal compliance, and responsible innovation in hospitality technology. We do not hold customer funds, influence alcohol service decisions, nor offer commissions or incentives to venues or partners. All transactions are processed by licensed payment providers, and compliance with local laws—including age verification and responsible service—remains with the merchant. We maintain zero tolerance for bribery, corruption, or improper business conduct.
