HADOM Copyright Policy

HADOM Enterprises, LLC (“HADOM,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512) (“DMCA”), we have implemented this Copyright Policy to respond to claims of copyright infringement on our platform and related services (“Services”).
Reporting Copyright Infringement​
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied, used, or displayed on the HADOM platform or any website through which our Services are accessible in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, you may submit a DMCA Notification to HADOM’s designated Copyright Agent. The notification must include the following:

A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the copyrighted work is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notification Procedure​
If your content was removed or access to it was restricted due to a copyright claim and you believe that the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may file a Counter-Notification with HADOM’s Copyright Agent. The Counter-Notification must contain:

Consent to Jurisdiction

A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or in the district where HADOM is located if you are outside the U.S.) and that you agree to accept service of process from the original copyright claimant.

Upon receiving a valid Counter-Notification, HADOM may restore the removed content unless the original copyright claimant files a lawsuit within 10 business days.
Repeat Infringer Policy​
In compliance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, HADOM has adopted a policy of terminating accounts of users who are deemed repeat infringers. HADOM may also limit access to the platform and/or terminate accounts of users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others, even in cases where the infringement is not repeated.
