Tablet troubleshooting:​

  • Try turning your tablet off and on again

  • Be sure your tablet is plugged in, and the volume is turned as high as possible

  • Always use the charger that came with your tablet to keep it fully charged

  • Lie the tablet on any side except the one with the charging port to keep stress off the charger

  • Keep the tablet away from extreme temperatures, such as near stoves or ovens in your kitchen

  • Make sure you are connected to Wi-Fi. To connect to Wi-Fi, tap the Settings icon on the home screen, then select your wireless network

  • Choose Wi-Fi

  • Select your Wi-Fi system

  • Enter your Wi-Fi password and click connect

​

Send yourself a test order. This is a fake order that is designed to walk you through what it would be like if a customer sent you a drink order.

​

Remember to always keep your tablet plugged in so you don’t miss any orders.

​
