Tablet troubleshooting:​

Try turning your tablet off and on again

Be sure your tablet is plugged in, and the volume is turned as high as possible

Always use the charger that came with your tablet to keep it fully charged

Lie the tablet on any side except the one with the charging port to keep stress off the charger

Keep the tablet away from extreme temperatures, such as near stoves or ovens in your kitchen

Make sure you are connected to Wi-Fi. To connect to Wi-Fi, tap the Settings icon on the home screen, then select your wireless network

Choose Wi-Fi

Select your Wi-Fi system

Enter your Wi-Fi password and click connect

Send yourself a test order. This is a fake order that is designed to walk you through what it would be like if a customer sent you a drink order.

Remember to always keep your tablet plugged in so you don’t miss any orders.
