HADOM Pricing Policy

How HADOM Pricing Works
HADOM enables users to remotely purchase drinks and menu items for friends at participating partner bars and restaurants.
To support this convenient and seamless experience, Hadom Enterprises, LLC, applies a standard service fee of $2.00 per drink processed through the HADOM app.
Pricing & Fees
Drink & Menu Item Price

The final price of a drink or menu item is determined by the partner bar or restaurant.

Users will be charged the exact listed menu price plus any applicable taxes or fees.
HADOM Service Fee

A flat $2.00 service fee is added per drink purchased through the HADOM app.

This fee covers app functionality, transaction processing, and service costs.
Tipping

Users may choose to include a tip for their friend’s bartender or waitstaff.

Tips are optional but encouraged to support excellent service.
Price Ceiling Limit

Users have the option to set a price ceiling on the drink or menu item their friend selects.

If the chosen item exceeds the user’s set limit, the transaction will be voided unless the user overrides it.
Other Pricing Considerations
Taxes & Local Fees

Sales tax and other local fees may apply based on the bar/restaurant’s location.

These are determined by the merchant and will be reflected in the total purchase price.
Merchant Pricing Updates

Partner bars and restaurants control their own pricing.

Prices for drinks and menu items may change at the merchant’s discretion and will be reflected in the HADOM app in real time.
Refunds & Cancellations

All purchases made through HADOM are final and non-refundable, unless:

The bar/restaurant declines the order before fulfillment.

The order cannot be fulfilled due to stock availability or other unforeseen circumstances.

In these cases, the sender will not be charged for the declined order.
