Getting Started​
How do I order a drink for a friend?
Ordering drinks for friends at participating HADOM bars is quick and easy:

​When a HADOM user walks into a partner bar, they’ll receive a notification on their phone.

They can then notify friends (who also have the app) that they’re at the bar.

If you receive the notification, you can offer to buy them a drink through the app.

Your friend accepts the drink and selects what they’d like from the menu.

You confirm the order, select your payment method, and tap “Place Order.”

The order is sent to the bar, and you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Cheers! You just bought a drink for a friend—no matter where you are in the world!
How do I find a HADOM partner bar?
We’ll automatically show you HADOM bars near you. You can also search by name or location within the app to see if your favorite bar is a HADOM partner.

How do I get started?​

Download the HADOM app from the App Store. (HADOM is currently available only on the iPhone. The Android app is underway!)

Follow the in-app prompts to set up your account.

Add a payment method for quick and easy transactions.

You’re all set—start sending and receiving drinks!

Billing, Payments & Refunds
Can I get a refund if my friend doesn’t want the drink after accepting?
All sales are final. Once your friend accepts the drink and you pay for it, the order cannot be reversed.
However: Depending on the bar’s policy, your friend may be able to transfer the drink to another patron.​​​​​
How do I add or update my payment method?

​Tap the “More” icon at the bottom of the screen.

Select “Settings.”

Tap “Payment Methods.”

Tap the plus (+) icon in the top right corner to add a new payment method.

Choose to add a new credit card or link your PayPal or Venmo account.

Need to update or remove a saved card? Swipe left on the card entry and select delete.

How does the payment process work?​
​
HADOM securely handles all transactions. Your billing information is stored in the app, making it easy to send drinks whenever you want.

Before checkout, you’ll see a full breakdown of the order total for review. Once you confirm, the payment is processed automatically.

Do you charge a service fee?
​
Yes. HADOM charges a $2.00 service fee to help keep the platform running:

You can set a price limit for the drink your friend chooses.​

You can add a tip directly through the app.

You can update these preferences anytime in Settings.​

Can a bar refuse or modify my order?​​
​Yes. Bartenders have full discretion to decline a drink order, even if your friend has already accepted it.​
If your order is declined, your account will NOT be charged. ​

Why am I getting a credit card error?

If your payment isn’t going through, try the following:

Double-check your billing details (especially the ZIP code)—it must match your bank’s records.​

Ensure your card is active and has available funds.

Try adding a different payment method (PayPal, Venmo, or another credit card).
​
If the issue persists, contact your bank or financial institution for more details. HADOM is unable to resolve bank-related issues.
